Windhoek – Namib Naukluft Lodge –
Sossusvlei – Windhoek (3 days) Day 1: Windhoek. Depart at around 14h00 (during Namibian wintertime – 13h00) from Windhoek via the scenic and steep Spreetshoogte Pass to the beautifully set Namib Naukluft Lodge. Dinner, bed and breakfast at Namib Naukluft Lodge. Day 2: Namib Naukluft Lodge. An early morning rise will be rewarded by the sight of the spectacular dunes at Sossusvlei on your excursion. Make the effort and climb one of the dunes and you may be overwhelmed by the sight of the dynamic and living desert. A full breakfast will be served at Sossusvlei. Visit the Sesriem Canyon before returning to the Lodge for your lunch. During the late afternoon a sundowner drive to the natural marble mountains on the 13,000 ha private nature reserve is offered. Overnight with fullboard at Namib Naukluft Lodge. Day 3: Namib Naukluft Lodge. Return to Windhoek via the Remhoogte Pass and arrive at around 12h30. |

Swakopmund – Namib Naukluft Lodge – Sossusvlei – Swakopmund (3 days) Day 1: Swakopmund.Depart from your hotel in Swakopmund at approximately 14h00 (during Namibian wintertime –13h00) and drive via Walvis Bay through the Namib Desert to the upmarket Namib Naukluft Lodge. Dinner, bed and breakfast at Namib Naukluft Lodge (pages 3-5). Day 2: Namib Naukluft Lodge. Same as day 2 in the above itinerary. Day 3: Namib Naukluft Lodge. Return via Ganab and arrive at approximately 13h00 in Swakopmund. |
